Mehmet Erdoğan 1967 Rize is born. Her mother's name is Ahmet's father's name. After studying at primary and secondary school Güneysu, he successfully completed the Imam Hatip High School. He was married to Aysel Yıldırım in 1995 and has four children.
After his military service, he was taken to work in Istanbul in 1987. Orçay A.Ş, founded in the village of Güneysu Ortaköy, started to work since 1992 and started to work as general manager in Orçay A.Ş. with the decision of the board of directors in 1998 after having worked in various stages of the business. By successfully managing the family business in accordance with changing world and economic conditions, Orçay AS has become one of the leading companies in the tea sector.
Apart from these, between 2006-2008, Müsiad Rize Branch was established. Since 2009, he has been the Chairman of Rize Commodity Exchange Board of Directors.
